Moonzen Brewery Experiences FAQs
一般酒廠導賞環節而言恕不提供食物。歡迎自備/自帶食物或通過各外賣apps訂購食物 （包裝小食方面可於成業街電訊一代廣場地下之惠康超級市場購買）。 門神隊員亦可隨時建議各個有好西食之餐廳。同理而言，我們不會提供任何餐具。煩請於離場時清理所有食物及飲品。

On regular brewery experience nights, we do not offer food (legends say beer is liquid food!). You are welcome to bring your own food into the brewery or order from delivery apps (You can also purchase snacks at Wellcome supermarket in the G/F of TG Place in Shing Yip Street). Please ask the Moonzen crew for recommendations in the area. Consequently, we do not offer cutlery or dining plates. Kindly clean up all your own food/drinks upon your departure.

3) When will the brewery tour generally start? 何時可以入內參觀酒廠？
門神隊員會基於當晚入場情況而聚集最多10人1隊，但一般會於晚上7時30分至8時正開始。
A tour can be done on request. Normally 19:30 – 20:00 upon the entry status/circumstance for the night in order to gather a group maximum of 10 people per tour.
4) Can I walk in and join the experience without booking? 我可以不事先預約購票而即時入場嗎？
門神恕不招待任何即時入場而未有購票人士。
We will not accept walk-ins. Only pre-booked pre-paid guests that have made the list of the tour. If we have space and you are with a guest you can pay for your experience at the door.
5) What if I am not drinking (beer or at all) or do you offer non-alcoholic options? 如果我不喝啤酒或滴酒不沾，在場有其他選擇嗎？
門神致力為各位參觀人士提供最難忘嘅酒廠體驗。酒廠導賞收費方面價格均一，在場亦有水作為非酒精之選擇。歡迎自備其他飲品。
Our Brewery Experience lives up to its name, delivering an unforgettable journey. No matter if you taste 10 glasses (consume in good health) or prefer not to drink at all, the entry fee is the same. We do provide water for non-alcoholic drinkers. Furthermore, please feel free to bring your own non-beer drinks to enhance your experience.
6) Can I host private events or parties at your brewery? 酒廠內可以舉辦私人活動或派對嗎？
門神可提供活動空間舉辦各類私人聚會、公司活動和特殊場合，為各位來賓提供最獨特嘅體驗，例如生日慶典、公司聚會或婚宴。歡迎聯絡門神隊員！
Absolutely! At Moonzen we celebrate communities whichever craft beer would bring. We have event spaces available for private parties, corporate events, and special occasions. Whether it's a birthday celebration, a company gathering, or a wedding reception, our brewery can provide a unique and memorable setting for your event. 7) What beers are there to taste? 有邊款啤酒可以品嚐？

8) Can I purchase your beer to take home? 我可以購買門神啤酒帶回家嗎？
在場有各款支裝啤酒及門神啤酒廠精品可透過特價購買，歡迎選購！付款方式包括信用卡（AMEX除外）、八達通及PayMe。買滿港幣600元可免費送貨。
Absolutely! We have packaged beers and a wide range of merchandise available for purchase at a special brewery experience pricing. We accept credit cards (except AMEX), Octopus and Payme. Free delivery is available for purchase over HKD$600.
9) Where do I smoke? 如果我想吸煙的話….
根據香港法例，室內禁止吸煙。地下停車場有室外空間供吸煙者使用。
Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited under HK law. There is an outdoor space in the ground floor for smoking.
10) When will the brewery experience end? 酒廠導賞環節何時結束？
晚上10時正。門神隊員會於9時30分通知每位來賓，9時45分關閉啤酒機。餘下15分鐘則供所有來賓清理所有食物及飲品，繼而離場。
22:00. Our Moonzen crew informs every guest at 21:30 for the last call and closes the taps by 21:45. There is a grace period of 15 mins after your event end time to clean up and depart the premises.
11) I have an urgent matter to deal with that night, do I get a refund? 我因事而未能出席，可以退款嗎？
如閣下因要事而未能出席，本酒廠恕不安排退款。請與門神隊員聯絡安排延期。
No refund is available due to a no-show. Alternatively, please contact us to reschedule the session, should the next session be not full. A refund can be processed if you give us 24-hour notice prior to the event start.
12) It’s typhoon signal no. 3 now, will the brewery tour still go on? 現時正懸掛3號颱風信號，酒廠導賞仍會舉行嗎？
3號颱風信號而言，酒廠導賞仍會舉行。但遇八號颱風信號或黑色暴雨信號時，啤酒廠將不會營業。 門神隊員將會與閣下聯絡及安排延期或金額相同之禮品卡。
Yes, the session will still go on. However for Typhoon signal No. 8 or Black rainstorm signal, the brewery will not be opened. We will reach out again to arrange a gift card for you with the same order amount for your next bookings/other beer products.
